Beautiful story showcasing the importance of family, love, friendships. Differently paced than the tv show, and they changed some plot points. Will leave you in tears

The Simple Art Of Flying
by Cory Leonardo

I loved the book! The characters in 3 different views were cool, and that it made a lot more sense on the story through Alastair. Really helped tell the story well. And I also loved the animals in the story some of them were very funny. And I loved Fritz, the author did a really good job describing the characters and their points of views. I would recommend this book to people who love birds. And just animals and animal lovers in general.

Liked the writing style and the multi-generational narrative. Recommended by Megan

Deep water
by Watt Key

I liked it, a few of the parts like when Shane’s father died, and some of the language they used I didn’t like. Otherwise it was really a good book, I really liked how Watt Key described the characters and the story just in general. I would suggest this book to others if people enjoy sea life and scuba diving and suspense of what’s going next.

Just Like Heaven
by Julia Quinn

This was my first Julia Quinn book and I am absolutely hooked. Two things that I typically dislike in romance (childhood friends to adult lover, and sickbed), yet Quinn made me realize, when done right they are powerfully expressive options in storytelling.

Keeper Of The Lost Cities Set
by Shannon Messenger

This book series, although meant for ages 8-12, has entertained both me and my friends who are in high school. I reread these and am satisfied every time. Shannon Messenger knows how to leave you with devious cliffhangers and drops plot twists so surprising your jaw will drop. For me personally, I even laugh, smile, cry and grieve alongside these characters. Messenger truly has a gift for writing. If you love amazing fantasy with thrilling adventure and humorous interactions between characters, this is the perfect series for you. I hope many more people will join the KOTLC fam!
